Happy Days

Mustang has been in great form in these good low air pressure conditions and there have been a lot of happy anglers. I had a great tutorial session on Thursday in peg 8 with 13-year-old James and his step day Dave. James banked a 26lb common and Dave followed that up with a 23lb mirror and a small double. Well done guys.
Richard Brown ( another one of my ex-students) banged out a cracking 27lb common from peg 10 and next door in peg 11 Ross ( the carp machine) banked a common just shy of 24lb.
"Grandad" Bill banked a nice 23lb mirror from peg 14 and Mark Webb banked his first ever twenty for peg 3 with a nice 21lb mirror. Another 21lb mirror was taken by Andy Meeks in peg 5 and David Carver had a 23lb 8oz common from peg 1.
Several of other doubles have been caught all over the lake. Pellets and decent freezer boilies are working well. PVA bags and spodding are the most consistent tactics.

I hope you like the pic's
